There have been rumors going around that Lebanese singer, Haifa Wehbe هيفاء وهبي, is considering an insurance policy to cover her body. Reports say that the insurance would cover up to one billion dollars worth of damage. Sources have said that it was prompted by a horrific accident that occurred last June. Haifa Wehbe هيفا وهبي was worried that the accident could have affected her future if she would have been seriously injured because she relies on her ability to perform.
The accident last June occurred while filming a video clip for her new song, “Hasa MA Bina Fi Hajeh” (I Don’t Feel There is Anything Between Us). During the filming process, she was supposed to chase a small plane while driving a convertible car. It was reported that the plane accidentally hit the car and was out of control for a short period of time. Glass was broken on the car and she suffered small cuts from the accident. After the incident, she received numerous offers from insurance companies; one even offered one billion dollars worth of coverage. It had been reported that Haifa Wahb هيفاء وهبي will review the offers and then will consider making a decision.
